2. Click the Log In button in the top right corner to sign in to your account. Once signed in, ensure that you have linked your miHoYo account in the User Center, otherwise you won’t be able to redeem codes.
3. Go back to the Code Redemption page. Select the Server and Character Nickname, then input the redemption code and click the Redeem button.
4. If the code is valid, you will receive an email containing the in-game item that you have received. Launch Genshin Impact to check if you have received the item.
2. Redeem Codes via In-Game Settings
The second method involves redeeming the code through the game’s settings page. Here’s how it works:
